When we arrived we didn't have to wait in line. Fernando was very helpful and welcomed us immediately. He said that the room in the location we wanted wouldn't be ready till later, so we said we'd have lunch and come back.
Our room was ready earlier than expected, and we were very happy with the location (near lobby, pool, restaurants). That makes it easier for mom to get around.
Mom likes the room better than the one at the El Dorado Royale (LOL). I think it's just because she had bad customer service. She was blinded by the beauty of the resort.
Lunch doesn't have very many options. It reminds me of a snack bar at most resorts, but who needs more fattening options?
Pool Day
We decided to have a pool day so we could relax after a long day travelling. We even had a Banana Mama at the pool bar!
They have these cool built in loungers in the pool and I liked that a lot!
